Tactus GenTrak offers a range of different reporting options:
Alarms
When situations arise that need immediate attention, Tactus GenTrak can send out an urgent alarm by SMS text and E-Mail. These messages can be sent to a number of pre-determined destinations. The message prompts an engineer to look at the Tactus GenTrak system to carry out diagnostics of the generator’s problem. These alarms are also posted on the front page of the Tactus GenTrak software.
Alarms can also be seen on the systems mapping system, any generators with problems being clearly shown with an icon on the screen. Selecting the icon gives a brief summary of the generator condition. A user can further “drill down” for additional layers of detail.
When the Tactus GenTrak system predicts a problem that is likely to arise over the next few days, such as a prediction that the generator will run out of fuel or that it needs a service, it can also raise an alarm via e-mail.
Trends & History
Tactus GenTrak can also report on trends and history using a variety of graphs and charts. These can be used to evaluate generator performance and to plan service visits. |
